About

Amy Cray spends most days working to make life simple and joyous for other people. She has been helping families manage their fascinating lives for 16 years and enjoys a career which, amazingly, combines her passions for food, wine and events, design, lifestyle, and long-lasting relationships.

The Story

Raised in a family of artists in Sierra Nevada foothills, Amy  produced her first play at age 12. In effort to create a theater experience of her own, she threw her first three-course dinner party at age 13, complete with waterfall backdrop and cool jazz soundtrack (hey, it was the ’80s). While her interests have broadened, her love for creating exciting and vibrant events, and introducing people to experiences that rock their world remains unchanged.

Amy has produced over 80 private events ranging from corporate launch picnics to intimate Valentine’s Day private concerts in makeshift art spaces.

Travel is a great love, and Amy has lived on Bali and fallen desperately in love with Argentina. She is a songwriter, consummate collector of new music, and complete fan of all things design and fashion. Through her independent label, Green Girl Records, she released several books of poetry (Stuck on an Island With John Tesh, Time), a solo album (Assume Nothing), and engineered and produced several albums for other artists. Her songs have been heard on college and regional radio, and she has appeared live in countless humble, tiny coffeeshops from Portland to Los Angeles.

She currently lives in Berkeley (though has been known to pine for Brooklyn) with her family: wife Lisa, daughter Eliana, baby on the way and two ridiculous dogs, Sookie and Cherry Bomb.
