Amy is Certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers. Her love for food and wine began during her tenure in a Italian kitchen in Portland, OR and by copious amounts of Tuscan red. She has a passion for wine that is infectious and can inspire even the most wine phobic to find happiness in a glass of Gewurztraminer.
Her use of local, seasonal ingredients is enlivened by her passion for traditional preparations of worldwide ethnic recipes. The kind your great grandmother made, wherever you come from.
